SINGAPORE – VISA REQUIREMENTS:

1. Application Form 14A duly completed and signed by the applicant without writing date (We will require details for the attached Questionnaire to complete the online 14A form for your signature)
2. Two recent passport-size photographs with white background, dark color dress up, photo should not be used in any previous visas or passport, without glass, teeth should not be visible (must share digital copy & hard copy in matte finish).
3. Original Passport – must have a validity of more than 6 months upon entry in Singapore.
4. Copy of the Passport, UAE residence visa page & Emirates ID
5. Flight reservation.
6. Hotel reservation.
7. Original SALARY CERTIFICATE or NOC with Salary.
8. Letter of Invitation(LOI) with Singapore resident ID copy for L2 Nationals only.

Note: We will submit the application on behalf of the applicant. Applicants must send the above documents to the nearest branch after signature.

Documents required for documentation:

• Passport, visa and EID copy

Processing Time: 4-5 working days for L1 Nationals & 5-7 working days for L2 Nationals.

MALAYSIA – VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-INDIAN NATIONALS:

Documents required for E visa:

1. Passport with minimum validity of 6 months.
2. Valid UAE Residence visa and Emirates ID.
3. Recent Photograph with white background.
4. Tickets (Musafir will assist).
5. Hotel Voucher (Musafir will assist)..
6. NOC from Sponsor/Employer/Family.
7. Last 3 months updated Bank statements (e-statement is fine).
8. Birth Cert for child (age below 12 years).

Please note: All documents in color scan format are acceptable.
Note: EVisa is eligible for certain Nationalities only, such as Indian, Pakistani, Bangladesh.
Please advise the Nationality to assist further.
Processing time – 3-5 working days

Cancellation Policy:

• Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable + Full cancellation for nonrefundable tickets.
• 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost
• 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost
• 14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost.
• 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

• 2-way cable car ride to Genting Highlands (subject to maintenance schedule)
• Rates are subject to availability.
• Above is just a quote, no booking has been made yet.
• Peak season surcharges may apply on some dates.
• Itinerary is subject to change / swap without any prior notice.
• The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
• There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
• In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
• You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
• Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.

• Passports should be valid at least 06 months beyond the period of stay.
• It is the duty of the client to check passport requirements for travel.
• Missed or delayed flights can lead to changes in the itinerary and will be at the client’s expense should the case arise.
• Check In to the hotel is always 14:00/15:00 hours & Check Out is always 11:00/ 12:00 Hours. Early Check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
